Our Policies:

1 – Members can request a ‘Membership Hold’ for up to 30 days at a time with a maximum of 3 holds per year. (Please let us know if there are extenuating circumstances, we will always try to accomodate if possible)

2 – After a hold period, regular membership resumes. It is the responsibility of the member to ask for an extension before the hold expiration date. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds if billing occurs after a membership resumes as our billing system works through a pro-rating system based on hold dates.

3 – Please allow up to 2 days for the hold to take place after this form has been filled out.
